From a Victorian slate terrace to a 1930s semi with clay plain tiles, we strip back to the rafters, fix what’s underneath and re-roof in the right material for the house and the street.

Flat roofs
Flat roofs
Most flat-roof leaks we see across the West Midlands are tired felt on kitchen extensions and garages. We replace it with a one-piece EPDM rubber or GRP fibreglass roof that won’t crack in the next cold snap.
- Old felt stripped, deck checked and replaced where soft

uPVC roofline
Fascias, soffits & guttering
Your roofline carries the rain off the roof and keeps birds and damp out of the eaves. We take out rotten timber boards and fit full replacement uPVC (not cheap cover-boards over the rot) with new gutters and downpipes.

Chimneys
Chimneys & leadwork
Victorian and Edwardian terraces often share a chimney stack across two homes. When the pointing or lead fails, damp shows up in bedrooms. We repair, rebuild or remove stacks and dress new lead by hand.

Repairs
Roof repairs & storm damage
Lost tiles in the night? Water through the ceiling? Ring us. We’ll get out to make it watertight as fast as we can, then come back with photos and a fixed quote for a proper repair once it’s dry.

Cladding
uPVC cladding & dry verge
Gable ends, dormer cheeks and bay fronts take the worst of the weather. We fit uPVC weatherboard cladding and dry verge systems that look smart and need no painting.
